James, Michelle, and Bella Erixson
James and Michelle Erixson have deep roots in Lincoln, Nebraska, where they were born, raised, and built a life together. “It’s where we live, it’s where we were born, and we’ve been here a long time.” James shared.
The Erixsons’ credit union journey began decades ago when James' father and grandfather opened an account for him as a child. When James and Michelle married, the credit union naturally became part of their financial story. Over the years, they’ve turned to the credit union for numerous loans, enjoying a relationship built on trust and exceptional service.
“Every time we come in, they always have options for us and are willing to help,” James said. This reliability stood out even more when compared to a bank where “the answer was always no.”
Recently, when their beloved dog Bella fell ill with pancreatitis, the Erixsons faced an unexpected financial burden. “We weren’t ready to deal with that large expense,” James explained. But a conversation with their trusted credit union Relationship Advisor, Josh, brought relief. “Josh gave us several options, explained them, and we managed to get Bella the care she needed. She’s better now, and we couldn’t have done it without the credit union.”
The Erixsons also appreciate the personal touch that sets LincOne, their credit union apart. From resolving tech challenges to answering questions with patience and clarity, the staff consistently goes above and beyond. “They’re so helpful and friendly,” Michelle added.
For the Erixsons, the credit union is more than just a financial institution, it’s a partner that’s been with them through life’s milestones and challenges. As James put it: “Job well done. Keep up the good work. We appreciate everything you’ve done for us.”
